This book literally changed my life. I just finished reading 12 Key Habits to Thrive by Jonathan Roche and I have to tell you that this book delivers what the title promises.

I have read dozens of books and attended dozens of seminars in an effort to improve my health and my business and the way I walk through this life and I had achieved great things. If I were to rename this worthwhile book by Jonathan Roche, I would retitle the volume, Thrive in Life-How To. Jonathan presents strategies to develop the habits he established to thrive in life so that others can follow them on their journeys to their best versions of themselves. The processes are not complex and reveal how winning the mental game helps individuals win the health game. Throughout the book, Jonathan shares insights and compassion as he supports his readers in committing to and following through learning how to thrive and become the best versions of themselves. 12 Key Habits to Thrive was so easy to read. This is a book that is for everyone, no matter where you are in life there is room for improvement and Jonathan gives you the tools to thrive. The very first chapter gripped my attention as I realized I wasn't feeding my positive voice. I have heard, and thought, I was working on my voice choice but now I realize I was spending too much time with my negative voice, giving it time and space in my head. Instead I need to feed my positive voice and it will get stronger and replace the negative voice. I took notes as I read the rest of the book and I can not wait to get my physical book so I can read it again and make notes and highlight the parts that really speak to me.
